I just wanted to drop you a line with some feedback from my event yesterday at the Stadium. As you know, I haven't used the venue before but I found the service to be outstanding and beyond my expectations. My initial visit and dealings with you have run really well and when I arrived yesterday, the layout of the room was perfect, just as I had requested, which is not always the case. Michelle in particular was extremely efficient and nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent and I have had some really positive feedback from delegates too. I hold events all around the North West and will definitely add you to my favourites and no doubt be in touch in the near future to book again!!

Can you please pass on my thanks to the team including the Chef and Gareth who sorted out our minor IT blip?

Katy & Ben have asked me to write to thank you and Emma for making their special day on 5 July so memorable.  The way you looked after us, both before and on the day, was wonderful and the food at the breakfast and in the evening was simply fabulous.  Everyone who came could not praise the standard of catering enough.

Katy and Ben really appreciated the effort you put in on the day - everything ran smoothly and even though the food was delayed through the taking of photographs, the quality and service was not affected.  I hope the cuisine on their honeymoon can live up to the standard Heathcotes has set for them!!!

Once again many thanks to you, Emma and the whole team who helped to make the day so special.

We wanted to take this opportunity to express our thanks for all the hard work of the team during our many workshops which were held at Halliwell Jones Stadium. From start to finish, our dealings with the whole team at Heathcotes @ Warrington were faultless. Everyone was professional, attentive and went the extra mile to ensure the smooth running of the workshops. The staff were always flexible and precise with our requirements. The quality and presentation of the food was excellent and the chef was able to adapt the menu, at short notice, when there had been special dietary needs that we didn't know about in advance.

Thought it was about time we got round to contacting you to thank you and your staff for the amazing service you gave us in organising our wedding reception on 16th May 2008.

The time you spent with us in the build up to the day meant that we were sure that all the arrangements would be in place and we didn't have to worry about anything at the stadium.

Having the red carpet when we arrived made it a special start to the proceedings. We were met personally by the catering manager who had already greeted our guests and then escorted us upstairs and formally introduced us into the reception room.

The suites that we had were excellent and perfect for a wedding. Some of our guests commented particularly that having a seperate room with the bar in allowed those with children the opportunity to get them away from the noise of the disco later in the evening when children were tired.

Most worthy of note, however, and mentioned by almost everyone was the quality and standard of the food. We had ordered canapes for the early reception and we were overwhelmed when they arrived (particularly the fish and chips, amazing idea!!!!!!!!!). On the catering manager's suggestion we had the buffet delivered to the tables in the evening. This meant that the disco didn't stop and the lights didn't go on. Again the food on the buffet was of an excellent standard and has been the talking point of the day (after Jan's dress of course!).

When the catering manager eventually had to leave we were introduced to his assistant who continued with the first class service. The bar staff and all catering staff were extremely polite and helpful throughout the day.

Many of our guests have already stated they would use your facilities in the future which is a credit to you and your staff.
