I just wanted to drop you a line with some feedback from my event yesterday at the Stadium. As you know, I haven't used the venue before but I found the service to be outstanding and beyond my expectations. My initial visit and dealings with you have run really well and when I arrived yesterday, the layout of the room was perfect, just as I had requested, which is not always the case. Michelle in particular was extremely efficient and nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent and I have had some really positive feedback from delegates too. I hold events all around the North West and will definitely add you to my favourites and no doubt be in touch in the near future to book again!!

Can you please pass on my thanks to the team including the Chef and Gareth who sorted out our minor IT blip?

I just wanted to say a big thank you as our event was a real success. Gareth was extremely professional and did everything in his power to ensure everything was seamless.

I would like to mention in particular Stephen Barratt who worked the bar in our room during the evening. He was completely in control of the room regularly checked that  everything was ok, he was friendly and nothing seemed like too much trouble, he obviously takes pride in his job and goes the extra mile.
