DAWN BARCOCK

Dawn joined Heathcotes @ Warrington to join in our pre-opening campaign in January 2004. From a varied hospitality background, Dawns knowledge of operations coupled with many years as an event co-ordinator within a 4 star hotel group made her an instant asset to both the venue and to the many, many clients that she has helped over the years. Dawn's role has developed over the years and she now leads the business office team in driving our business forward.
Dawn feels her strengths lie in communicating, building relations, paying attention to detail and interpreting the needs of our clients.

EMMA SUDWORTH
EVENT CO-ORDINATOR
HEATHCOTES @ WARRINGTON

Emma has been a favourite member of our team since June 2004.
With a background in event co-ordination, Emma has taken on the mantle of Christmas and is a firm favourite of all of party goers along with the many other clients she manages events for. Emma is a diligent individual, who excels at paying attention to detail with every task she undertakes.

GARETH MORRIS
GENERAL MANAGER

From a varied hotel background, Gareth brought a spectrum of skills to our team in Warrington. Since joining in February 2005, his aim was to develop our business and maintain and develop the Heathcote brand. A natural leader, Gareth has recruited and nurtured his own team and continues to build and develop relations both with our club but also with our growing client base.

IAN HILL
HEAD CHEF
HEATHCOTES @ WARRINGTON

Ian initially joined us assous chef in October 2004 and was promoted to the role of Head Chef in January 2007. Ian evolved very quickly to the Heathcote ethos and thoroughly enjoys the variety and expanse afforded to him in this role. He is very keen to meet the needs of our guests and approaches every client and event with a keen willingness to beat their expectations. A team player with a determination to mirror the efforts of the rest of the team at Warrington.
