Private Wedding Party - Julie Braithwaite

Our party was wonderful. I definitely want to pass on our congratulations to all your staff. From the initial friendly contact, visit by Charley and Clare, right through to Saturday evening, everybody from Heathcotes Outside was truly professional. The food was superb. Our daughter had been to a wedding the previous day and commented that their wedding food was nowhere near as good. All our guests praised the food and the serving staff. The staff managed to be constantly present to provide drinks, whilst at the same time being completely unobtrusive, and all were extremely pleasant, helpful and smiley. I think Clare’s lovely, warm personality must spread to everyone working with her! To sum up: it was a tremendous success, and our job, as hosts, was made easy by the professionalism and quiet efficiency of the Heathcotes staff. I didn’t even know they’d gone – just marvelled at a completely clean kitchen with mopped floor, and carried on with the party!

University of Liverpool Graduation Dinner 2012 (St. George's Hall)

I would like to thank you all very much indeed for all your hard work and skill in ensuring our dinner last Thursday evening was a success.  

This flagship annual dinner really does mean a lot to the University, and as such it was vital that between us we got it right. We are yet to have our wash-up here but certainly the feedback to date is supportive of the view that we did just that.  Thanks to all the team for your patience, assistance, support and extremely efficient service throughout the set up and the evening itself. I was impressed with the level of briefing given to the serving staff which I’m sure had a huge and immensely positive impact on the success of the evening. The service was immaculate, efficient and attentive, perfectly fitting for the evening. The staff efficient but friendly which suited the ambience that we wished to create. Please pass this on to all the staff who worked so hard and retained smiles even during the clean up afterwards.

Thanks too for your flexibility and patience with the ever fluctuating table plan, much of which was beyond our control but nevertheless needed attention. Your staff really did do all you could to ensure things went as well as they possibly could for us and we really appreciate that. Crucially, the food was delicious and beautifully presented, from what I could see it was also consistent throughout. I feel that it was just right for the evening. Please pass this on to the chef and kitchen team.
