Stuart joined Heathcotes @ Deepdale in January 2007, initially as an Event Manager, he was promoted into the General Manager's role in the closed season of 07/08.  With a background in hospitality operations Stuart is looking to grow his own career with Heathcotes and develop the business and the team at PNE.

Stuart's management style and philosophy is based upon his time served in USA, where he felt he gained the best customer relations training.  Stuart is dedicated to Deepdale, his determination to grow our standards and our business as well as those of the team who work for Stuart are unrivalled. 

 

 

 

Claire Morrison
Event Coordinator
Heathcotes @ Deepdale

Claire joined the team in August 2008 with a varied and highly successful background within the catering industry. She has brought with her a wealth of experience from her time spent at the Crowne Plaza in Toronto as well as her subsequent work within a variety of venues across the North West. Claire's background in Event Coordination has grown enormously throughout the years and she is crucial to the growing success of our business here at Deepdale.

With knowledge in Front of House operation as well as event planning, Claire's experience is invaluable to the company. Claire is an extremely confident team player and is totally flexible in her approach which makes her a firm favourite with clients and colleagues alike.

 

 

 

 

Lorna Kemp
Head Chef

Lorna's career with Heathcotes has spanned many different sites, services and menus.  Lorna joined Paul in Simply Heathcotes Manchester, before moving to become Sous Chef at Simply Heathcotes Preston, from their she went on to open several restaurants for Paul with the Deputy Chairman and development team, including Manchester, Liverpool, Warrington and Bolton, initially as Head Chef then training and passing the reins over to the newly recruited Head at each site.

Since joining Heathcotes Outside in 2006, Lorna has enjoyed using all the Heathcote trained skills she learnt to use for our diverse client base, offering our clients all the quality of restaurant food for any number and in any location.  Lorna has been at the healm of our kitchen team, when we have undertaken many prestigous events throughout the country.
