Heathcotes @ Deepdale are home to exceptional Conference Facilities.  Whether you need an intimate meeting room for 10 or Theatre style for 300, we can meet your needs.  

Delegate Package Options.

(Minimum of 10 delegates)

All three packages will include the following as standard;

•·         Exclusive hire of your chosen meeting room 8am - 6pm

•·         Support from an experienced event planner throughout the co-ordination of your conference

•·         A member of the Heathcotes @ Deepdale Conference Team will welcome your delegates to Deepdale and will be dedicated to your entire conference

•·         Bowls of mints

•·         6ft projection screen

•·         LCD laptop projector

•·         PA System (when required in our larger suite)

•·         Ample complimentary car parking
