Paul Heathcote’s philosophies on food are embodied by the menus here at Deepdale, which feature fresh, local ingredients cooked in a modern British style. Like our service, our menus are planned around you, your guests and your event. Heathcotes expert chefs are always on hand to offer advice and guidance on each and every dish.
So what’s on the menu? There are canapés, buffets, fine dining menus, formal dinners, light snacks, sea food, cold food, hot food, traditional food, Christmas fare, summer salads . . . you name it – we’ll find a way to make it happen.

All of our menus are created in our kitchens which use nuts somewhere in their recipes. Therefore we cannot guarantee that any of our products are free of nuts or nut traces
