The Sir Tom Finney Stand houses The Great Room and The Sir Tom Finney Lounge - spaces that give free rein to Heathcotes @ Deepdale expert hospitality, and provide facilities for conferences, training events, exhibitions and meetings.
These impressive rooms are designed to accommodate anything from ten to three hundred delegates. If you would like further information or to make a booking, please see our enquiry page.
Our Delegate Package Options
(Minimum of 10 delegates)
All three packages will include the following as standard;
•· Exclusive hire of your chosen meeting room 8am - 6pm
•· Support from an experienced event planner throughout the co-ordination of your conference
•· A member of the Heathcotes @ Deepdale Conference Team will welcome your delegates to Deepdale and will be dedicated to your entire conference
•· Delegate stationery (pens and paper)
•· Bowls of mints
•· 6ft projection screen
•· LCD laptop projector
•· PA System (when required in our larger suite)
•· Flipchart, pad and markers
•· Ample complimentary car parking
•· Jugs of iced water provided in the main meeting room
•· One serving of tea / coffee / biscuits on arrival
•· One serving of tea / coffee / biscuits mid-afternoon
Silver Package - £21.00 inc. VAT per person
Also includes a sandwich lunch served with cakes or a fruit bowl and jugs of fruit cordial
Gold Package - £25.00 inc. VAT per person
Also includes a finger buffet lunch served with desserts or a fruit bowl and a serving of tea and coffee
Platinum Package - £29.95 inc. VAT per person
Also includes a mid-morning serving of tea, coffee &biscuits, fork buffet lunch served with desserts and a fruit bowl and a serving of tea and coffee

The Great Room
It’s called The Great Room for good reason: the larger of Deepdale’s conference rooms can cater for up to three hundred delegates. Yet The Great Room is also flexible enough to accommodate a variety of training, brainstorming and meeting set ups and functions. Plenty of daylight and a powerful air management system mean the room is both pleasant and healthy. The room is accessed via a passenger lift, a goods lift, and by two stairwells. It has numerous power points and provides for almost all screening and audio visual requirements. With Heathcotes @ Deepdale on hand at all times to provide top notch hospitality, it’s no surprise that this room has proved to be an extremely popular choice for corporate events of all kinds.

The Sir Tom Finney Lounge
The Sir Tom Finney Lounge is an interconnecting suite of two rooms located on the first floor. The lounge is accessed via a passenger lift, a goods lift, and by two stairwells. It is ideal for delegates requiring a more intimate setting for smaller events, or an integrated breakout area and exhibition space. Both rooms are multifunctional, and like the Great Room, boast great amenities. They also benefit from Heathcotes’ meticulous and discrete hospitality. It’s a great combination.
