 "We (the National Autistic Society) have used Heathcotes at Deepdale (PNEFC) a number of times over the last year.  We have had small boardroom meetings for about 20 people to larger events of about 100 people.  I find the administration behind the bookings to be extremely efficient.  I tend to liaise with Claire Morrison, who is fantastic and always does her best to accommodate our every need.   I find that on the actual day of the bookings having a dedicated person to look after us throughout the day, who you can contact at anytime on their mobile, really does take the stress out of these events.   As we cover the whole of the North West we also find the location is ideal, especially as it is so accessible from the M6.  I would recommend this venue to anyone who values friendly and efficient customer service, flexible accommodation of needs and a great aftercare service to boot.  You won't regret using this company"

LANCASHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL LEARNING DISABILITY SERVICES

Lancashire County Council's Learning Disability Services were highly impressed with our evening at Preston North End Conference Centre. We were supported from the first point of contact when we made enquiries about our booking, to being helped with deciding on the most appropriate facilities we needed for the purpose of our event. All the staff were very approachable, friendly, flexible and responsive to our needs. The venue was of a high standard, fully accessible for anyone who has a disability and during our event, the staff were available throughout to help whenever possible. I would recommend this venue to anyone looking to hold a corporate event as it's location is ideal for anyone living or working in Lancashire.

We were all really pleased with Preston North End as a whole.   The organisation of the whole two days was excellent.  The food was excellent and the time it took to get everybody out of the main room, into the food area and then out into the extra area under the stand was great.  There were alot of people attending over the two days an as you know I was a little concerned about how it would all run but there was no need to worry Stuart and the team had everything covered for a very successful event.

The Great Room is a superb suite; a large, fully air conditioned, comfortable area that lends itself perfectly for varying set-up and numbers.

 Nothing is too much trouble of the Heathcotes team, and everything is delivered on time, meaning our day runs smoothly and hiccup -free!

Just wanted to say a very big thank you to you and all your colleagues for all your help in delivering a tremendous event for our guests last Wednesday - we were delighted with the event and have  recieved many congratulatory comments from our guests and their dealer hosts.

Whilst the result of the game might well have been in doubt right up to the final minute, we had no concerns whatsoever about Heathcotes performance. Unlike England, who promise doesn't always live up to expectation, Heathcotes service levels and quality of food were of the very highest standard. If England could match these standards, they would have no rpoblems lifting the World Cup!!
