Opened in April 2008, Restaurant 1539 is located at the Race Course. 

Open all year, this sophisticated and modern glass-fronted restaurant with feature copper wall and spiral staircase has panoramic views across the racecourse - and an outdoor decking area will provide al fresco dining during the summer months.

1539 offers contemporary British cooking using only the UK's finest produce; Oysters from Ireland, Scallops from the Isle of Man, morning-fresh vegetables and locally produced quality meats.  With main courses from around £10, Restaurant 1539 is set to change the way that Cheshire dines.
