The County Stand can accommodate 350 people with ease. Spread over three floors this room offers a flexible delegate or private party area with a separate dining space that overlooks the racecourse. So it is a great place to hold private parties, weddings, dinners, conferences and exhibitions of the larger variety.

Then there is the newly built Pavilion Suite. This space provides up to date facilities for up to 650 delegates. It also affords direct access to the Parade Ring champagne bar, and so creates a fantastic reception and Dinner area for up to 550 guests.

With nearly 550 square metres of single floor space, this is an ideal place in which to hold exhibitions and product launches. Indeed, modern lighting, excellent facilities and free, on-site car parking make this an ideal venue for events of all sizes and types.

There is also the Paddock Rooms. Overlooking the Parade Ring and Winners Enclosure, this facility offers clients 5 rooms in which to hold breakfast meetings or day conferences, dinner parties or small family gatherings. This flexible location has its own kitchen, separate cloakroom facility and its own patio area. Join the five rooms together and you have space for 80 dinner guests or 120 for a buffet.

The Turf Restaurant is a modern venue that's purpose built for professional lunches, private dinners or celebrations - it doesn't matter what sort. Because it is situated on the ground floor with direct access from the main County Stand, the restaurant can also be used in conjunction with the Concourse Room or Long Room. With a wooden floor throughout, built in ambient lighting and plasma screens it provides a fresh approach to dining and events.

There is also the Leverhulme Stand, which boasts 3 floors of fantastic views over the Racecourse, providing flexible space on the ground floor for meetings and Dinners with additional floors for syndicates or smaller Dinners.

With a total of 23 luxury Private Boxes - which can be used as syndicate rooms or for individual meetings, dinners or lunches, there is the opportunity to really utilise the space on offer.
