Announcing new to 2008, our brand new Restaurant 1539 - a modern British restaurant - offers panoramic views of the whole racecourse. Named after the year in which horseracing first took place in Chester officially, Restaurant 1539 serves fine contemporary British cooking in stunning surroundings. Restaurant 1539 opened on April 25th 2008, and is the perfect place to talk business or have fun whilst enjoying sumptuous Heathcotes hospitality.
