How do you describe excellence? Call it quality, or distinction? In truth, excellence can only be experienced: you know when it’s happening, and you remember it.
It seems people who have experienced our particular brand of hospitality tend to remember it. Around 80% of our business is repeat business or word of mouth. Maybe it’s because we do the bare maximum: we see popping down to the local shops for sundries, like matching a thread to perfectly match the colour of a dress, or fixing pipes and contacting emergency plumbers, applying first aid, looking after children and replacing broken light bulbs as part of the job. Perhaps it is because we are as happy working in an office, warehouse or garden as we are on a boat - all we ask to work our magic is an area that we can transform into a safe, well lit and clean kitchen. There again it could be because we provide second-to-none events management and catering (so that’s dazzling service and delicious, world class food) for private and corporate clients at some of the biggest, best and most impressive locations in the country.
Whatever it is, whilst we could use lots of words to try to describe how good we are, we’re not going to. We’ll leave that to other people. To our many and varied clients. Suffice to say that we know hospitality inside out. But you’d really need to enjoy the Heathcotes Outside experience first hand to know what we’re all about.
We’re sure you’ll remember it.
